These terms apply when you use thecuratory.skin or buy products from The Curatory. Please read them before placing an order.

The Curatory is operated by The Curatory Group Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16808153.
Registered office: Higgison House, 381–383 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 1NW.
This is our registered office and is not a returns or routine correspondence address. For ordinary enquiries, email hq@thecuratory.skin or use our contact page. Returns must be sent only to the address provided in our return instructions.
Our website and guidance
The Curatory provides general skincare information, product selection guidance and access to products. Storefront content and routine tools are not a diagnosis, prescription or substitute for individual medical advice.
Skincare results vary. Product descriptions and guidance explain intended use and suitability, but we do not guarantee a particular outcome. If you have severe symptoms, a possible medical condition, pregnancy or breastfeeding considerations, prescription treatment, or uncertainty about a restricted product, the best route may be an appropriate consultation.
Remote consultations booked through a third-party platform are subject to the information and terms shown when you book and are separate from an ordinary product order.
Products and restricted access
Product images and descriptions are provided to help you make an informed choice. Packaging, ingredients and presentation can change, so you should check the product label when it arrives and contact us if anything appears inconsistent with the product ordered.
Some products are available only after consultation or to authorised customers. Access controls, customer tags and account checks may be used to enforce those restrictions. An attempt to add or purchase a restricted product does not create a right to buy it.
Placing an order
You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. You can review and correct your order before submitting it.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. A contract for the sale of products is formed when we accept and dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if, for example, a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, the delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, the order appears fraudulent, or a product’s access requirements have not been met. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately before you place the order. Payment must be completed using one of the methods available at checkout.
If a clear pricing error affects an order, we’ll contact you before dispatch. You can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a refund.
Delivery
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom. Delivery charges, expected times and information about delays are set out in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms or our policies limits the statutory rights available to consumers.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their usual purpose and as described. Contact us if a product does not meet those standards. We’ll provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Using products
Please follow the directions, cautions and storage instructions supplied with each product. Stop using a product and seek appropriate advice if you experience a concerning reaction. General guidance from The Curatory does not replace instructions provided with the product or advice from a healthcare professional who knows your circumstances.
Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Intellectual property
The website’s original text, design, branding, images and other content belong to us or are used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping and information. You must not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Our cookie controls allow you to manage optional cookies where consent is required.
Changes
We may update these terms when our service or the law changes. The terms in force when you place an order will apply to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you keep any mandatory protections and may bring a claim in the courts available to you as a consumer.
